Open Door Health Services Open Door is the place to go when you have no where else to go. All services are free and confidential.

We offer pregnancy tests, material aid, pregnancy education, abortion recovery support, STD/STI testing and treatment, men's mentoring, limited ultrasounds, adoption referrals, parenting classes, and community assistance referrals. If you need assistance after hours, please call 1-800-712-4357.
