River Oaks at Shady Ridge Assisted Living is hiring for full-time and part-time direct care positions on Mornings (6:15 am-2:30 pm), Evenings (2:30 pm-10:45 pm), and Overnights (10:30 pm-6:45 am). Wages are negotiable and competitive. Full-time employees hired will receive a sign-on bonus of $5000.00 paid out over 18 months. Part-time employees hired will receive a sign-on bonus of $2500.00 paid out over 18 months. We prefer experienced CNAs and TMAs, but the position does not require certification or experience. On-the-job training is offered and adjusted to the needs of the trainee.
