Not every person needs the same path to healing.
For some, the path starts outdoors.
With a therapist. With a safe space. With the calming rhythm of farm life.

Simple Sparrow partners with local therapists to provide on-site counseling and therapy services in a setting designed to support real healing.

Today we’re wearing blue for CASA 💙 CASA of Williamson County, TX

CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers are everyday people who are trained to advocate for children in foster care. They work alongside the courts to make sure each child’s voice is heard and their best interests are protected.

Every child deserves someone in their corner. 💙

Carrying Hope walks alongside foster youth who
have aged out but still need ongoing support. These young people work so hard at college and building their lives. Any assistance you can give them, would help in such a meaningful way, especially gas cards and grocery cards! Thanks in advance for your help!!

In honor of Auditory Processing Disorder Awareness Day, Torrance has graciously shared her APD journey with us. APD is something many people know very little about. Torrance struggled through elementary and middle school, but after finding out about her diagnosis and learning more about how her brain works, she overcame insurmountable odds to succeed in high school and college. This is her story! 💚

April is Autism Acceptance month and this year we are Celebrating Girls with Autism 💛💙❤️
Autism in girls is often missed, misunderstood, or overlooked.
Many girls: ✨mask to fit in, ✨ get diagnosed later (or not at all), ✨ seem “fine” but struggle internally, and ✨ are told their experiences aren’t “typical”
But their experiences are real, and their voices matter.
This series shares what autism can actually look and feel like—through real stories!!
💛 More awareness
💛 More understanding
💛 More support
Autistic girls shouldn’t have to prove who they are. We will introduce you to a few inspiring women and girls who have generously allied us to share their stories to build acceptance and awareness. We begin with Hannah (20) from Knoxville, TN. Thank you, Hannah for sharing your journey with us. You are amazing!!! ❤️💙💛
Make sure to follow our page so you don’t miss any of these incredible stories!
