Groundhog Day mood: Finding balance, shadow or no shadow. ☀️❄️

Whether our furry friend predicts six more weeks of winter or an early
spring, today is the perfect reminder to stay grounded. Just like the
groundhog emerging from his burrow, yoga invites us to pause, stand
tall, and check in with ourselves before we "branch out" into a new
season.

Whatever the forecast says, your mat remains a place for growth and
stillness.
