Today we had a very special visitor show up for an appointment! After being promptly checked in and seated we were able to help this guy out. Turns out he was needing a cleaning! We were able to get xrays and a cleaning done with our hygienist Lori! Then Dr. Tj came in to check him out. After his quick visit with our Hygienist and Dr. Tj we were able to get him checked out and rescheduled for his 6 month check up. He was so impressed with the service he insisted on taking a quick picture with our dentist Dr. Tj Bulgerin! We were so happy that our patient left with sparkling clean smile and without a cavity to be found!

If you were the one that made our patient please call us for a T-shirt! We think this is a great peace rock and would love to share the artist behind the art!

Must have Dentrix experience, collecting payments and posting insurance, and insurance payments. If so please read further.
Small down home family dental practice looking for front **EXPERIENCED ONLY** desk/scheduling/insurance specialist Monday 9-6, Tuesday 9-5, Wednesday 9-5 - *Some weeks will be two days only. *** MUST *** have experience filing dental insurance claims, appeals, posting insurance payments, and use of Dentrix software at least 2 years (experience in front office Insurance filing duties are a must). Ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, attention to detail, be comfortable discussing financial obligations with patients, and able to multitask. Other general office duties including answering phones and checking patients in and out are also included.
