With so many of our neighbors looking for help with food, the Food Pantry at Harbor Health is once again working hard to fill 300 Thanksgiving grocery bags with a variety of dry goods, canned goods, and other items for holiday meals. The bags will go to individuals and families in need in , , , , and surrounding communities. YOU CAN HELP!! We accept most health insurance plans including MassHealth, Medicare, and other public and private programs. We can also help you sign up for health insurance if you are eligible. For those without health insurance, we offer a sliding scale of fees.
Our focus is on providing high quality services that are affordable and accessible for everyone. Our staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming, and we offer interpreter services and a language line so you can receive care in your preferred language.

In addition to medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare, Harbor Community Health Center - Hyannis offers an on-site pharmacy, lab, and support services to help with transportation, food insecurity, and housing needs that can pose challenges to getting healthcare.
The family medicine providers at our health center see patients ages 2 and up - you can bring the whole family! Our dentists see all ages and recommend bringing in your child for their first dental appointment before their first birthday.
