Getting enough nutritious food is essential to our overall health and well-being. Yet according to The Greater Boston Food Bank, 1 in 3 Massachusetts adults reported household food insecurity. The Food Pantry at Harbor Health makes it easier for individuals and families to get the healthy food they need in the communities served by Harbor Health’s community health centers - including an emergency food access pantry at Harbor Community Health Center-Hyannis. And thanks to generous donations from organizations, businesses, and individuals, we distributed over 305,000 pounds of healthy, nutritious food in 2024 – the most distributed in our food pantry’s 30+-year history!! Harbor Community Health Center - Hyannis offers caring medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients of all ages in one convenient location. All are welcome - we serve everyone, regardless of ability to pay or insurance status!

We accept most health insurance plans including MassHealth, Medicare, and other public and private programs. We can also help you sign up for health insurance if you are eligible. For those without health insurance, we offer a sliding scale of fees.

Our focus is on providing high quality services that are affordable and accessible for everyone. Our staff is friendly, kind, and welcoming, and we offer interpreter services and a language line so you can receive care in your preferred language.
