Please enjoy some great photos from IL Education Day today. We had three students from our Youth Service Program join us along with a parent of one of our students and we had three Independent Living consumers and one parent from the IL program join us.

We educated our consumers and representatives on Independent Living Legislative Priorities and our students are actually working on advocacy projects based on what they learned today to bring back to their local highschools along with help and engagement from our Senior Youth Service Coordinator, Marissa Cabido. So much was learned today and we cannot wait to see the different projects that the students will put together in their sessions with Marissa.
