Trying to be the perfect daughter, sister, aunt, girlfriend and then the perfect wife. Trying to please everyone else was my job. It was just wearing me out; it was overwhelming I had to stop to figure out a way to center myself take time for me. I decided to finally do something for me and work on the things I desired out of this life. I had to go back to my roots and back to nature. On the journey to centering myself, my luck allowed me to run into a new holistic remedy known as va**nal steaming thus led to my life altering experience and discovery that the use of holistic therapies not only aid in a feeling pure and feminine, but also helped women indulge in self- care practices that allowed for clarity, balance, and meditation to create solutions to their frustrations with not having enough time to meet their own personal care needs due to the demands of their daily lives. This new discovery of yoni steaming, also known as va**nal steaming, was new to me, but I later realized that it had been an ancient practice in which a woman allows the warmth of herbal steams to permeate the exterior of the va**na and that it had so many great health benefits.

During this time of steaming I learned how to relax, enjoying time in meditation and prayer. This practice allows for women to reconnect with their bodies for a healing and loving experience. I then decided to share this experience with a close friend who was a mother, that was overwhelmed and exhausted with her responsibilities who also seemed to spend her time pleasing her loved ones and not enough time centering herself. She was also in need of a simple natural and relaxing outlet. Once she able to take the time of out dedicate to experience yoni steaming, she felt a calmness take over her spirit. The use of this therapy instantly added clarity to some of the missing puzzle pieces in these two women’s lives. This practice allowed both women the time for healing their physical, mental and emotional health to strengthen their mind, body and soul.
