As March 3 marked the close of Chinese New Year, our residents took time to learn about the rich history of chopsticks and the many creative ways they’ve been used throughout the centuries.

To celebrate, everyone made their own chopstick gardens. The soft pastel colors felt like a gentle welcome to spring and a reminder that new beginnings are always right around the corner. It was a beautiful way to honor tradition while looking ahead to a fresh new season.
