Nuestro objetivo es ayudar a los individuos y familias a identificar y aliviar los sintomas que padecen, lograr el auto-control, la auto-eficacia, la recuperacion para poder mejorar su bienestar.

Eligible individuals are connected to SFS OMHC’s therapy and medication management services at no cost, even if they do not have insurance. Here’s what you can expect:
