The Spring semester has begun! 🤗 Students learned deep tissue techniques for the feet + front of legs, and hot stone massage. The perfect way to spend a very cold winter weekend! 🔥❄️🔥

Our 2020-2021 program has begun! It looks a bit different with covid precautions but we are being mindful and making it work. 🙏
Learning anatomical terms and foot reflexology is a great way to jump in.

Many thanks to Jessica Kern for presenting on fascia and trigger points! Students also gave full body deep tissue sessions as we wrap up this segment of training and get ready for the next modality. It’s been an awesome few months of deep work!
