Now Hiring: Full-time Hourly Customer Order Processing Position
Location: Ida Grove, IA
We’re seeking a detail-oriented team member to join our Customer Order Management group. In this full-time role, you’ll support customers and internal teams by entering orders accurately, tracking details, and ensuring a smooth flow from order to fulfillment. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy and clear communication matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Process changes, confirmations, and updates in a timely manner
- Provide professional customer support by phone and email
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales to ensure on-time fulfillment
- Assist with office organization, documentation, and team support tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry, customer service, or order processing experience preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
