Position: Full-Time LPN
Location: Idabel Family Practice – 1401 S Lynn Lane, Idabel, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Experience: Family practice or primary care experience preferred, but not required

• Must be able to start IVs confidently
• Must have vaccination training and be comfortable administering vaccines
• Current LPN license in good standing
