Get Strong - Abuse Awareness Get Strong was created by abuse survivors in efforts to raise awareness about emotional and physical abuse. Get out... get help... GET STRONG!

Along with my husband, we dedicate our lives to helping spread awareness about Domestic Violence to Men and Women globally. We help get them to safety and begin the necessary steps needed to regain control of their lives. By becoming a crucial part of their support system, Through our experiences, we can help motivate them by rebuilding their self-esteem and reconditioning their minds to incorporate positive thinking into their daily lives. With this new found confidence they will begin to see that there is life on the other side of abuse. We have met many people from all over the world in this endeavor so far and have found that though all of our stories may be different, we are all exactly the same... united by one very common and distinctive trait..... we were at one time victims..... and now we are survivors..... we were at one time weak..... but now we are STRONG!
