Reminder: Yule December 17th and Need-to-Knows
This is a reminder if you are signed up for our Yule Celebration this Wednesday December 17th at 6pm. Here is a few need-to-knows...
🚗 This will be held at Bees Knees Pub and Catering in Idaho Falls. We ask that you park on the hotel side of the building so parking in front of the restaurant can be saved for regular patrons. The event is in the event center behind the restaurant, down the hallway. You can enter through the hotel lobby or the restaurant.
🍷 The provided food and one drink of mulled wine or wassail is included in your ticket price. Any additional drinks or menu drinks will be on your own bill. Please drink responsibly.
🌲 For the evening, other than the feast, we will be telling stories of Yule, doing card readings, and ending in a traditional fire ceremony. We ask that for the fire ceremony, you bring one natural offering to contribute to the kindling. This acts as your fuel to burn your intentions in during the ceremony. A natural offering needs to be something burnable ie pine sprig, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, herb or leaf, etc. As long as it's natural and burnable, you can bring it. I will also have some sprigs of juniper if you forget to bring something.
👗 There is no mandated dress code but many people will be dressing in dressy casual or semi-formal. Dress however makes you feel 🌟🤌😉
🎟️ You don't need to present a ticket. We will have a name sheet for check-in that you will be asked your name or email you signed up with.
