A massive THANK YOU and provider highlight for the outstanding work being done by Jamesen, PMHNP!

We are so lucky to have Jamesen, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, as part of our practice. He is a high-level provider, having earned his Master's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completing his specialized preceptorship with a heavy focus on addiction medicine.

From serving communities abroad in China and India, to specializing in telemedicine, Jamesen's experience is vast. We're so glad he felt more at home in Southeast Idaho after attending BYU-Idaho and chose to bring his expertise right here!

Outside of the clinic, he cherishes time with his wife and three rambunctious boys, playing sports, and being outdoors.

Rachel is a highly dedicated provider at Ascend Mental Health, specializing in psychiatric care. Her passion for mental health led her through an impressive educational journey, culminating in a Master’s in Nursing (PMHNP) from Walden University. We were lucky enough to host her for her preceptorship and are thrilled she stayed on to become a full-time member of our team!

Outside of the clinic, Rachel is a wife, a mom to four, and a spirited adventurer. Whether she's riding four-wheelers or taking the plunge cliff diving, her enthusiasm is contagious!
