“Leon has just jumped right into the crazy busy job of scheduling 170+ staff and has just FLOORED everyone with how quickly he adapted and has taken everything in stride! During the day he takes text messages and phone calls galore, arranging and rearranging...and then REarranging again...to make sure our participants have the staff that they need, and to help our staff out when they need help and support themselves. He’s alway so calm and collected, even in the craziest moments! He is THE BEST!”
