With experience across foster care, disabled adult services, and home health and hospice, Debra brings steady support and practical solutions to the people she serves. She believes deeply in the resilience of people and loves helping them find strategies, set goals, and move forward.

🔎 Fun fact: Her path into social work started back in high school, when a class sparked something that never left her and has guided her work ever since.

Outside of work, Debra’s proud of her family of five kids, plus three spouses and five grandkids added to the crew! And if you’re looking for her happiest place, it’s Lake Powell. Houseboat week includes swimming, boating, paddleboarding, hiking, and all the good food.

Have you met Keri Hennefer?

Keri has spent the past seven years as a Social Worker with OneSource, and her heart is in hospice care. Keri loves people, and she loves making a meaningful difference. She’s passionate about supporting patients and families through life’s most vulnerable moments with comfort, advocacy, and steady emotional support. Keri is also pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work and is set to graduate next month! 🎉

Outside of work, she’s all about family time and fresh air. Keri and her husband Jordan have been married nearly 25 years and are raising four kids. You can usually find them hiking, traveling, laughing, or playing sports. Bonus fun fact: Keri teaches group fitness classes too!

Angie Hilleshiem, our former President of the healthcare division, is set to retire, and over the last week, we were able to highlight and celebrate her big milestone! Angie’s story is the kind that fills a lifetime!

Angie stepped into healthcare at just 17, beginning as a certified nurse assistant. By 21, she was already shaping the world of nursing and healthcare operations. Her career rose like a steady flame, guiding teams and transforming care across the country. She held influential leadership roles in large, national assisted living companies, and in 2010, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to found All Care. Later, they merged with Edgewood Healthcare to expand home health and hospice services across the footprint (CaringEdge & OneSource). We are so lucky to have her share her talents and experiences, carrying forward a story shaped by purpose, passion, and impact.
