Meet our newest Physical Therapy Tech, Raegan Johnson!

Raegan is 23 years old and is about to graduate from BYU–Idaho with a degree in Exercise Science, with an emphasis Personal Training. She loves working with others and is passionate about teaching people how to build strength and improve overall physical performance.

When she’s not at the clinic, Raegan enjoys running, spending time at the gym, or playing sports with her husband Benjamin. She ran cross country at Skyline High School here in town and competed in the Idaho Falls Marathon last year.🔥

We’re excited to have Raegan on our team and can’t wait for our patients to benefit from her energy, knowledge, and enthusiasm for helping others. Be sure to say hi when you see her around the clinic!

👋 Meet Our New PT Tech — Chris Conrady!

We’re excited to welcome Chris Conrady to the Performance Therapy team as our newest Physical Therapy Technician!

Chris is 21 years old and currently studying Exercise Science at BYU–Idaho, with plans to graduate in about two years. He’s passionate about movement, strength, and helping others recover and perform at their best.

Outside the clinic, Chris loves working out, hiking, and cooking, and he’s eager to grow his skills while supporting our patients through every step of their rehab journey.

Carsen Hartley

Carsen came to us diagnosed with left knee patellar tendinitis, which was treated with a paired PRP injection, and he’s been fully committed to the rehab process ever since 💪

On top of that, Carsen is working through recovery following a pectoralis major repair after a gym injury while pushing heavy weight — attempting a 405 lb bench press. True to form, he’s attacked rehab with the same intensity he brings to the gym.

Carsen is a dedicated lifter, loves being in the gym, and brings an incredible attitude to every session. His work ethic, consistency, and trust in the process make him an absolute pleasure to have in the clinic.

We love having you here, Carsen — keep grinding and rebuilding stronger than ever 👊🔥

🏆 Patient of the Week: Zyan Crockett 🏆

This week we’re proud to spotlight Zyan Crockett, a senior football athlete who came in after a sports injury during the season. Zyan is an explosive playmaker on the field — and that same drive shows up in the clinic every single session.

Even with a busy schedule and multiple college offers on the table, Zyan has stayed consistent, focused, and motivated. His work ethic has been unreal, and he’s making big progress toward getting back to full strength.

We’re pumped to be part of his journey and can’t wait to see what he does at the next level. Keep grinding, Zyan — big future ahead! 💪🏈

Say hello to Hayden Gneiting, our spotlight patient this week!

Hayden was recently involved in a motocross accident and is recovering from a right knee ACL reconstruction with a quad autograft. Even with a tough injury, he’s shown nothing but grit, positivity, and hard work in the clinic.

When Hayden isn’t putting in work on his rehab, you’ll find him out enjoying the outdoors, hunting, spending time with his family, and hanging out with his loyal dog—who’s clearly always along for the ride! 🐾🏍️

We’re proud of the progress Hayden is making and excited to help him get back to doing what he loves. Keep pushing, Hayden—you’re crushing it! 💪🔥

🏃‍♀️Patient of the Week: Kathy Hart!🏃‍♀️

This week we’re celebrating Kathy Hart, one of our most dedicated and inspiring patients here at Performance Therapy!

Kathy is an avid runner who just completed her 46th marathon—the 50th Marine Corps Marathon this October! She’s now on track to reach her amazing goal of running 50 marathons by next fall, where she plans to finish strong at the 50th Anniversary of the St. George Marathon!

Her passion, grit, and consistency are incredible examples of what it means to stay active and keep chasing goals at every stage of life. We’re honored to be part of her recovery and training journey!

Robert is a proud Idaho native who loves the rodeo 🤠 — and he’s been showing that same cowboy toughness throughout his recovery from a right shoulder arthroscopy.

Since starting therapy, Robert has made incredible progress — regaining strength, improving his range of motion, and getting back to doing the things he loves most. His determination and positive attitude make him a standout in the clinic every single session. 💪

We’re thrilled to welcome Savanah Dennert to our physical therapy team!

Savanah is currently studying Exercise Physiology at BYU–Idaho and has dreams of becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant in the near future. She brings an amazing blend of enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to helping others reach their health and movement goals.

Outside of work, Savanah loves to run, hike, play pickleball, watch movies, and spend time with her husband. Her positive energy and love for fitness make her a wonderful addition to our clinic family!

Originally from Rigby, Idaho, Adrienne is an outdoor enthusiast who loves snowboarding, mountain biking, swimming, and just about anything that gets her outside.
