Our Rexburg campus is already very busy prepping the nearly 20,000 eggs for the city's upcoming Easter Egg Hunt. We are grateful for the Rexburg Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Rexburg and the Rexburg Kiwanis Club for hosting this annual event. It is a great opportunity for our clients and staff to support the greater Rexburg community while having some fun along the way.

Our friends at Camp Hayden are seeking assistance with their Easter Egg Hunt this year! Let's keep this important event going!
🐣The Camp Hayden Easter Adventure Is Leveling Up. 🐰
But we need your help!!!!!
We’re looking for the perfect space in or near Idaho Falls large enough for our outdoor egg hunt, with a building big enough to host our sensory-friendly carnival games.
For years, we’ve welcomed 500–1,000 people to one of the largest inclusive Easter experiences in the state. That doesn’t stop now.
We’re also looking for volunteers, candy donations, sponsors, and event partners who want to help create something unforgettable.
If you have any suggestions, resources, or a heart to serve please comment below or message us.
Together, we’ll make it happen.

We appreciate Hunter from ICCU coming to the IF Campus to teach about budgeting (a skill that we can ALL use). The class had been learning about financial literacy, and we're grateful that Hunter was able to tie everything together for us.
We are always seeking subject matter experts to come in and help us expand and enrich our curriculum.
A big thank you to Hunter and ICCU for their support.

Please SUBSCRIBE to the following site as it can be a great resource for the current legislative session and current issues and concerns regarding Medicaid in Idaho.
Today Resource is:
A Caregiver’s Guide to Who’s Who at the Idaho Legislature with important guide to what legislators are serving on committees that are directly related to Medicaid issues.
Why Committees Matter
Most of the work that affects caregivers and our disabled loved ones doesn’t happen on the House or Senate floor. It happens in committees.
Here are the two that matter most for families like ours:
Joint Finance - Appropriations Committee (JFAC)
******JFAC is the committee that controls the state budget.
Health & Welfare Committees (House and Senate)
These committees handle legislation related to:
******Medicaid and Medicaid expansion
******Home- and community-based services (HCBS)
******Programs like PCS and LRI PCS
They are often the first stop for bills that affect disabled Idahoans and their families. What happens here determines whether proposals move forward, stall, or change significantly.
Both chambers have Health & Welfare committees.
Bills usually start in one chamber, then move to the other. You don’t need to master the civic process, just know that both sides matter, and committee members are often where thoughtful outreach makes the biggest difference.
When You Reach Out
A few reminders we always want to share:
***Personal messages matter more than mass emails.
***You don’t need policy language — your lived experience is enough.
***Short, calm, respectful outreach goes further than long explanations.
***Our focus is on access to care, safety, stability, and improved outcomes for our loved ones, not finances or politics.
