Chakradance™ can help tune and balance your whole body/mind/spirit system by allowing spontaneous dance movement, guided imagery, and rhythmic music to resonate deeply with each of the seven major chakras. This very personal practice also incorporates Jungian Psychology by creating a personal ‘mandala art’ which taps into the subconscious and anchors the experience back into consciousness.
