The Sirens Fall Women’s Retreat is your invitation to release what no longer serves, reconnect with yourself and each other, and step into autumn with clarity and ease. 🍂
Learn to Let Go
Saturday, October 18
11:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Poolesville, MD
The fall decor is out, pumpkin spice lattes are flowing, and we’re all pulling out our best flannels. 🤭 And while that’s all fun, I’m also hearing from so many women that this season feels… a little unsettling, maybe even overwhelming. 🫶
That’s where INTENTIONAL SELF-CARE comes in. It doesn’t have to be complicated or another “thing” on your to-do list. Self-care is simply choosing something that brings you joy and allowing yourself to fully present with it.
Self Care Moments:
☕️ Pausing after your first sip of tea to notice how your body feels.
🌍 Stepping outside barefoot for five minutes to ground.
👉Small moments have big impacts.
If you’re craving something deeper, I’ve got some beautiful Fall gatherings just for women.
🌸 Women’s Circle | Sat, Sept 13 A nourishing evening to create meaningful connections with other women.
🍁 Into Quiet Retreat | Sun, Sept 21 Prepare your body, mind, and energy for the colder months ahead.
🍂 Letting Go Retreat | Sat, Oct 18 A seasonal reset to release what no longer serves you and lean into what does.
Here’s to bonfires, crunchy leaves, and caring for ourselves in ways that feel loving and doable. 💜

✨ Did you know your breath and pelvic floor are deeply connected? ✨
In Week 3 of my 6-Week Prenatal Yoga Series, we’ll explore how syncing your breath with your pelvic floor can:💜 Support your body through pregnancy💜 Prepare you for labor💜 Aid in postpartum healing
Learning this simple connection now can make a big difference in how your body feels—during birth and beyond.
✨ August always feels like a month of transition. Summer’s fast pace slows, and fall’s busyness waits just ahead. It’s easy to get swept up planning for what’s next or longing for what’s passed.
👉 But what if this moment is an invitation to pause and realign?
As we shift into fall’s grounding energy, ask yourself: 🌿 How does my body feel right now? 🌿 Am I carrying too much that I can let go of? 🌿 Or do I feel steady and grounded, exactly where I need to be?
This season is an opportunity to slow down, release, and find contentment in what we already have. 🍂
If you’re local, I’d love for you to join me at one of these upcoming gatherings. Each designed to help us ground, connect, and prepare for the colder months with mindfulness and intention:
