Today we had the joy of delivering five bikes and helmets to a local family—because when our friends at Thunder Wheels called and asked for help, we had to make it happen!
That brings our December total to FIFTEEN bikes given away!
We are incredibly grateful for the support from United Way, whose funding makes moments like this possible. And trust us—2026 is going to be even better!
Have a gently used bike you’re ready to pass along? Let’s give the gift of movement to even MORE local families 🚴♀️✨

✨We’re beyond excited to share that Hoffman Wellness Collective has been awarded $15,000 through the Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida County, Herkimer County Grant Round - Wesley and Marion Small Fund!
💪🏼This funding will directly support UpLIFT in local schools—bringing strength training, connection, and wellness to students where everyone can access it!
🧠 Did you know? Research shows that students who engage in regular physical activity can improve academic performance by up to 40% and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression by 20–30%. Movement truly fuels both minds and bodies!
🫶🏼A huge THANK YOU to the Community Foundation for believing in our mission and investing in healthier, happier communities. Let’s keep lifting each other up—one day at a time!

🧡🍁This November, we were grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside our Central Valley PTO, teachers, and community partners to help deliver holiday meals to 62 families in our school community.
Watching so many people show up with generosity, compassion, and a true spirit of service was truly moving.
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed food, goods, time, and support. We are especially thankful for Hannaford, & Compassion Coalition and our friends/neighbors for their remarkable generosity and their ongoing commitment to lifting up our school and community.
Outcomes like this remind us how meaningful it is when we come together with a shared purpose. Thank you for helping make this season a little brighter for so many! 🤎🍂
