🔥What an incredible day at the HWC First Responders Wellness Summit!
🚔🚨We’re beyond grateful for our amazing lineup of speakers who shared powerful insights, practical tools, and real conversations that truly made an impact. A huge thank you to the Herkimer College staff for their outstanding event execution—your attention to detail and support made the day seamless and welcoming for all.
💪🏼And of course, we couldn’t do this without the generous support of our sponsors and planning committee, whose commitment to first responder wellness helps make this work possible.
🫶🏼A fantastic day of learning, connection, and collaboration—and we think this is just the beginning.

▫️Last year, someone I really respect told me “Don’t listen to the noise”. It really hits different when you realize the loudest voice in the room is sometimes your own.
▪️We talked about tuning out critics, the people who don’t believe in you — and yes, absolutely do that. But the noise I had to learn to quiet? It was inside.
Blocking out the world is one thing. Learning to stop sabotaging yourself from the inside is the real flex.
Turn it down. All of it. And watch what happens.🤍Liz
