At Core Health Partners, we are dedicated to helping children in Collier County reach their full developmental potential. Our experienced occupational therapists, like Lisa Fiola, work tirelessly with children, providing personalized care to support their unique needs. Welcome home, Lindsay! 🎉 Our team at Core Health Partners is thrilled to have Lindsay Dessources join us as a dedicated occupational therapist. As a lifelong resident of Immokalee, she brings a deep understanding of our community’s unique needs and a passion for helping individuals thrive.

Lindsay’s expertise in occupational therapy, combined with her commitment to health equity, will make a significant impact on our community. Together, we're working to improve health outcomes for everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Lindsay’s journey toward occupational therapy was deeply personal. Witnessing her grandmother’s struggle to recover from a stroke inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to making a difference in people’s lives. Her education and experience, coupled with her trilingual abilities (Haitian Creole, French, and English), make her a valuable asset to our team and a trusted resource for Immokalee’s diverse population.

Today marks an exciting beginning as students from Nova Southeastern University set foot on Core Health Partners' program sites to kick off their internship. This collaborative venture paves the way for master’s degree students to gain invaluable, real-world experience in their field.

Together, Core Health Partners and Nova Southeastern University are forging a powerful alliance to equip our future healthcare professionals with the skills they need to make a meaningful impact in our communities.

Our own Dr. Carolina Castelli Figley stands alongside officials and instructors from the state-funded nutrition program. Carolina is now certified to supervise a summer food program for children in Collier County. This aligns with our aim to bring about change and provide highly nutritious food that corresponds with our collaborative efforts in Togetherhood Initiative's Child Obesity Pathway to Wellness.
