Our Fall Into Wellness event with was such a beautiful reminder of what intentional community feels like. 🍂✨

Men and women came together to learn, connect, and truly nourish their bodies from supporting hormones and the nervous system to practicing everyday wellness that brings more ease into life.

Thank you to each person who showed up with openness, curiosity, and a desire to care for themselves in a deeper way.

And we have to shout out the powerhouse of women providers who made this event what it was; the heart, intention, and brilliance behind both Kyra Kare and WLC. Truly a community of women lifting wellness higher. ✨

Tonight we honored Rebekah 🫶🏽
A truly uplifting presence in our office these last few years. She brought so much kindness, compassion, and genuine care into every interaction with our mamas, babies, and families. Her heart for people has been such a gift, and we’re going to miss her deeply. 🤍

To celebrate, we took a much-needed, deeply relaxing hair-spa girls’ day.🧖🏽‍♀️Honestly ...had us feeling like total queens 👸🏽👸🏼👸🏻

We were also thinking of Christina the whole night wishing she could’ve been with us for this little farewell too. We miss you already! ✨
We thought of you as we enjoyed ramen for dinner. Konnichiwa from San Diego! 🤗
