I’ll say this a million times. Get your wrists adjusted. Massage and exercises won’t help if something is out of place. Get the problem fixed THEN rehab it. We’ve had MANY patients over the years cancel surgeries after getting worked on.

Something you might not know! Chiropractors also adjust extremities. Adjusting for example, wrists, are a huge amount of their day! Dr. Don is especially skilled in extremities and is one of the best! 👨‍⚕️

“Tech neck” is a real thing! If you’re a heavy cell phone user or your job requires a lot of desk or computer work, make sure you are getting regular adjustments to avoid upper back and neck muscle strains.

X-rays can not show a herniated disc. Since x-rays show bone and only shadows of soft tissue, MRI and CT are the imaging modalities of choice.

I get asked a million times a day for products I personally use or know to be good for your health.
