******LRCHC Clinic closures UPDATE*******

The Inchelium and Keller clinics are CLOSED. Please see any availability below:

***For emergency refills only***
Please…Don’t call if you don’t need your medication until next week. We can deal with those next week. Blood pressure medication, diabetes medication, blood thinners, etc. are emergency meds. Not your Vitamin D, your iron pill, or your shot for weight loss. You will be ok for a week without those.

LRCHC & SPVHC CANNOT see patients at this time. It is not allowed due to safety issues and the plan in place made by the higher-ups. So if you have an emergency, go to the ER, call EMS, or if you are unsure if it is an emergency or not… call the Nurse Hotline: 866-470-2015.

If you are out of meds or will run out before Tuesday 2/17, and are an established LRCHC OR SPVHC patient, please call the main clinic number at 509-722-7006 OR 509-634-7300 and leave a message. Messages will be checked daily at 8 am.

You WILL need to provide the information on your medication bottles for any refills. We do not have access to your medical records so please also provide your date of birth. If you are having them filled via IHS pharmacy, I need your address, date of birth, and any drug allergies you have.

Medications being filled at IHS pharmacy will be brought back to the Inchelium or Keller clinic and handed out by staff from 4 pm to 5 pm today 2/11/26, tomorrow - Thursday 2/12/26, and Friday 2/13/26.

We will not be scheduling appointments until we are back to normal operations. We do not have access to our scheduler at this time. Please be patient with our staff who are doing their best to answer calls and questions. We don't have all the information and this is the only update we can give you.

You have more questions? Leave a message on clinic main line voicemail and we will do our best to address them between 8 and 10 am.
