Today we’re celebrating Joy's sixth CAPAversary. She's an incredible therapist, teammate, and source of steady light at CAPACares.

Joy pours her heart into walking alongside the families she serves, meeting each person with compassion, gratitude, and belief in their strength.

Her colleagues share that one of the best things about Joy is how she shows up for her team with a listening ear, a helping hand, and genuine care for everyone around her. Her kindness makes our community stronger. Happy CAPAversary Joy!

Happy third CAPAversary to Tiah! From day one, she's brought warmth, authenticity, and so much heart to CAPACares. As she wraps up her provisional license, she’s grown into a phenomenal clinician, supported by mentors, guided by compassion, and always committed to showing up as her true self.

Her colleagues say it best: she’s the person who makes everyone feel seen and valued, the one who jumps in with her many talents (photography included!), and the steady, nurturing presence who supports clients and coworkers alike.

Tiah, thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and the way you pour your light into our community every single day. We’re so grateful to have you on the team.

WinterFest last week was such a blast. We ate way too much delicious brunch, picked up a few new tricks during Raegan's cooking demo, and laughed our way through the white elephant exchange. But honestly, the best part was just being together and getting to slow down for a bit. 💙❄️

Today we’re celebrating Rose’s first CAPAversary! As a full-time school-based therapist, Rose shows up every day with a heart full of compassion and a commitment to her young clients.

"I never know what the day might bring or what challenge might be thrown my way, but I do know I get to support a child in need," Rose said. "That is what motivates my work."

Staff shared their admiration for Rose's dedication to her students and their families. Her wit and kindness are a joy, and she's an amazing addition to our team. As her supervisor, Amanda, shared, "Rose's work within the schools does not come easy, and she is navigating this system with grace and grit."

From supporting kids through tough moments to helping caregivers connect with resources and feel truly seen, Rose embodies what CAPACares is all about.

Today is Amanda's sixth CAPAversary! Amanda joined CAPA as an intern in 2016 before joining our team as a full-time therapist in 2019. This year, she was promoted to clinical supervisor!

When asked what advice she'd give to someone just starting work at CAPACares, Amanda said, "Be curious! Ask all the questions and embrace all the feedback." The concept of "Brave Space, Safe Space" and coming from a place of curiosity is something we hold very near to our hearts here at CAPACares.

Colleagues shared that they're grateful for Amanda's valuable insight, her care and concern for others, and her amazing laugh. Her graceful transition from staff therapist to clinical supervisor is something to be admired!
