I’ll be teaching Restorative Yin tonight at 6:00 pm ✨

Our theme will center around the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Fire Horse — a time of renewal, courage, and steady transformation.

I’ll guide you through deeply relaxing poses, allowing your body to soften and release, and we’ll close with a calming guided meditation to help you set intentions for the year ahead.

Here is the class schedule for the rest of the week. I added a thursday am and pm yoga class, just for this week only. I'm trying to throw in a few extra classes when I can to make up for the times that I have to cancel. Hope to see you soon!
