A 5-week yoga program for mobility, recovery & focus.
I'm looking for local student athletes (ages 16-18) to participate in this 5 week program.
This program is designed to support athletes with:
✔️ Flexibility & mobility
✔️ Injury prevention
✔️ Faster recovery
✔️ Strength, balance & body control
✔️ Mental focus during practices and games
Participants will attend 2 yoga classes per week, (choosing from our current class schedule) and complete a simple before & after assessment to track progress.
This is a FREE opportunity to learn more about yoga, breathwork, mental clarity, and focus; tools that can support you both in the game and in the classroom.
Whether you’re in-season or off-season, this is for you.
