So many wonderful things are happening at The Steeple Studio, and my heart is full of gratitude! π
Our Monday night class continues to grow β Iβm so thankful for every single person who shows up and makes this space so special. π
Tuesday mornings start strong with a 45-minute yoga session that gets the body moving and stretched β itβs one of my favorites to teach!
Wednesday Yin Yoga remains a studio favorite and truly one of the most peaceful, grounding hours of my week. And our new Thursday Lunch Hour Rest + Stretch sessions have been such a great addition β the perfect mid-day reset for anyone who needs to release tension, breathe, and recharge before heading back to work. πΏ
The Wednesday and Friday morning fitness classes keep my own energy up and my day flowing β itβs such a joy to move alongside this amazing community.
Saturday morning class with Kelly β sheβs an incredible instructor for beginners and for anyone wanting to revisit the basics. Her one-on-one approach focuses on proper alignment and understanding each pose, making it a wonderful way to build or refresh your practice. π§ββοΈ
I also launched my first off-site corporate chair yoga session this week β bringing movement and mindfulness directly into the workplace, which has been incredibly rewarding! π§ββοΈ
And behind the scenes, Iβve been collaborating with Amanda and Lauryn to plan our upcoming Community Wellness Expo β an event Iβm so excited to host right here at the studio!
