10/29/25: A public announcement update during Unchartered Times in Life in General. This is a lasting memory of when I HAD my Main Physical office location back home up until my decision to close my office recently. I am working limited, part-time Virtually currently in my field and have been since fall 2023 at this same time having Medical Planning/Emergencies with all three of Us and me helping take care of them. I made the decision from an Emergency Family situation again to move My Dad and I Both at separate times and to two different locations to Cleveland, Ohio last year exactly at this Same week time of October 2024 with him being First then me Landing a month later end of November 2024. This decision was based for a Fresh Start due to the Unexpected Loss of my Mother and ongoing more intensive care for Both of Our Healthcare needs. Change was Necessary for Me and My Father with just having each other in our little family unit. I had the Courage to start Anew again for I’m not sure how many times I’ve had Life Knock Me Down but Each Time I Do Rise and Keep Fighting a Good Fight or Dancing along my Journey as well as my Father is Doing with his Boogie Shoes at a very Elder age as I hope to see that long having his Continued Unique Zest for Life Too! I worked and still Work numerous side/contract positions to keep things flowing since I chose to start working in high school officially. I’m Blessed to be here writing this again Tonight and want to Acknowledge the AMAZING team at Cleveland Clinic for Me and My Dad’s needs since moving to Cleveland last fall that have brought me alot of my Own Clarity and Joy this year and carrying that Joy into my future. I share these meaningful healthy coping strategies or Tools I look to for Rejuvenating My Spirit since a little girl and Now. Be Well and Stay Safe! ❤️🥊💃🏼🗣️😇🙏🏻🌈🫶🏻

Accepting new OH and MD clients for telehealth therapy sessions with Most Major Insurances Accepted including Medicaid in BOTH states. Looking to expand in near future enrollment into Medicare to serve those populations! Dancing Mindfulness/Mindful Movement of a song or couple if a client chooses in processing and working through triggers/thoughts that evoke certain feelings can be implemented in therapy sessions or outside as a wellness service. It’s a meditative Breath focused movement that challenges individuals to Face their Thoughts/Feelings in the Present and Work through processing with movement, breath work , or just sitting with the moment to find ways to work through The Experience in healthier, nonavoidant and experience a very cathartic release mentally, emotionally and physically somatic wise. It is truly a Mind, Body, Spirit practice that is cleansing and rejuvenating! I’m currently working to see about expanding into potential Cleveland area based businesses for space to offer individual/group classes Again as I did years ago when I first received my Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator Certification in 2013. I’ve done classes at outpatient counseling classes, Drug/Alcohol IOP facility, past local yoga studio and Church. The practice will be closing the original Hometown office in Austintown, Ohio this coming week as that’s where it all began with strong business roots on both sides of my family Grandfathers owning their businesses. I am the First Female to start my own 2/22/21 and even though that office is closing, Independence, Ohio and Frederick, Maryland locations are still going strong and definitely looking to get known more upon settling into Cleveland, Ohio after the unexpected passing of my Mother 4/22/24 that lead to starting Fresh Chapters In Cleveland. Here’s to Surrendering, Moving Forward of the Past that has Lead to this Current New Path and Further Business Expansion for Rejuvenate You Counseling, LLC this July! 🙏🏻😇💃🏼🩷🎇🎆😊
