**BIG THANK YOU to our patient Peggy, who has started off this year’s charity drive with an amazing collection of donation items!!**

This year, our office is collecting hygiene bag items for St. Paul’s Epsicopal Church of KCK’s food pantry. Every month, my family volunteers to distribute hot and cold food, along with pantry and grocery bags. We also provide hygiene bags, but recently we have gotten very low in our supply. We would LOVE the following items:

Toothbrush
Toothpaste
Soap
Shampoo
Conditioner
Razor
Shaving cream
Feminine hygiene products
Hand sanitizer
Nail clippers
Comb/brush
Sunscreen

Items will be collected in our office through Christmas. The address is:

Our WALK WITH THE DOC is this afternoon! Looks like balmy temps in the 70s at the start. Come join us at 4:30 pm behind Saints off of Jackson Drive. We walk out one mile, then back one mile for two miles total. You’re welcome to turn around early at any time! There’s also a playground at the start for the kiddos. Hope to see you there! This event is open to the public. 🌼👟🌳

Walk with the Doc, September Edition!! Summer made a return as our gorgeous fall temps fell away and the heat index soared back up over 100 again. We weren’t sure how many people would show up for the walk, but we always have a few diehard regulars! We shortened the walk to one mile instead of two because of the heat, but we all still had a great time! ❤️👟🩺

**Hello Facebook Friends!!** We are so honored to once again be nominated for “Best Physician” as well as “Best Health Clinic” in Kansas City, and would love your votes in 2025. It truly is an HONOR to care for patients day in and day out, and we love the ability to provide house calls if needed, practice yoga with them in our studio, and meet our patients for monthly walks in the park. We love what we do, and we are so happy we get to do it!

Hey Everyone! TODAY is our Walk with the Doc at 4:30 pm behind Saints off of Jackson Drive in Independence. We usually walk one mile out, one mile back for a total of 2 miles. (We may decrease distance if the weather is super hot). This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! We hope to see you there. Kids and leashed pets are welcome too!
