PALS has two upcoming groups. We will be offering a Traumatic Stress Wellness Workshop for past clients and those on our waiting list. This workshop features group EMDR to help you reclaim your narrative and foster a sense of peace and empowerment. It also features trauma-informed yoga to help regulate your nervous system and create an art therapy piece as a tangible symbol of your resilience that healing after trauma is within your reach.
Second is a Youth LGBTQIA+ group for current high school students. We will begin with a gentle 20-30 minute yoga asana practice before participating in art therapy activities to express and release built up emotions, thoughts, and feelings. We will work to identify internal and external support systems to help manage emotions specifically during stressful times.
