As evening settles, the body often asks for less.
Late Night Restorative is an unhurried practice designed to support deep rest at the end of the day, led by Kaley. The room is dim, the pace is slow, and the focus is on creating enough support for the body to soften without effort.
You’ll be guided into comfortable, fully supported shapes and given time to stay. Stillness is welcome. Modification is always an option. Nothing needs to be fixed or pushed.
This is a sanctuary for body, mind, and being.
A place to land before the night continues.
