🕊️ Honoring Our Veterans — Because You Served, We Care 🕊️
Today, we want to take a moment to honor the brave men and women who served our country — and to recognize a truth that is too often overlooked: many of you live every day with pain and ongoing health issues because of that service.
📊 Research shows that veterans face significantly higher rates of chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions compared to non-veterans. For example:
• About 65.5% of veterans reported having pain, compared to 56.4% of non-veterans; and 9.1% of veterans reported severe pain.
• A 2023 review found that roughly 30% of veterans from the general population live with chronic non-cancer pain.
• In 2019, veterans aged 20 and older had a chronic pain rate of 31.5%, compared to 20.1% in non-veterans.
These aren’t just numbers — they’re reflections of the hidden burdens many veterans carry. The aches, the stiffness, the disrupted sleep, the frustration of not being able to move or live fully the way you want.

At Paramount Health, we are honored to work with many veterans in our community. We’ve taken time to set up with the VA Community Care Network (Community Cares) program through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which means the VA can refer you directly to our office for holistic, drug-free care that supports your body’s healing.
If you’re a veteran and would like help getting connected, we’d be deeply honored to support you. We believe your service matters, your wellness matters, and you deserve care that reflects that.
💜 Please reach out and let us know if you’d like assistance with the referral process. We’re here for you, and we’re ready when you are.
With gratitude & care,
The Team at Paramount Health
