🍀 Americare at Montgomery Place Nursing Home Pub Crawl! 🍀

What a fun and memorable night we had at Montgomery Place during our Nursing Home Pub Crawl! Residents, staff, and family members came together for an evening full of laughter, treats, and great company.

We kicked things off right at the front of the building with Booze & Tattoos where everyone got into the spirit with festive drinks and fun temporary tattoos. From there, the crawl continued down the hall to Shamrock Shenanigans, where residents decorated shamrock cookies and showed off their creative side. 🍪☘️

Next stop: Tavern Toss! We stepped outside for some friendly competition and plenty of cheering. Our final stop was Cupcakes with Gentiva, where the celebration continued with sweet treats and great conversation.

Throughout the evening, residents, staff, and families enjoyed a delicious spread including smoked chicken, homemade potato salad, green Tres Leche cake, classic Watergate salad, and a variety of festive green punches. 🧁🍗

To top off the night, we wrapped things up with Music Bingo, bringing everyone together for a lively and laughter-filled finish.

Events like this remind us how special it is to spend time together as a community. Thank you to everyone who helped make the night such a success! 💚

Montgomery Place is excited to be participating in Shamrocks Across America! Our goal is to receive one shamrock from a fellow senior living community in **every single state**! 💚

We’ve been hard at work creating and sending out our postcards, spreading a little Montgomery Place cheer across the country. Now the fun begins — we can’t wait to check the mail and see how many shamrocks make their way to us!

This is also a wonderful opportunity for us to brush up on our state locations and discover fun facts about each one along the way. Learning, connecting, and celebrating all at the same time — what could be better? 🇺🇸🍀

Today we were blessed with a very special visit from the students at Zion Lutheran School! 🎶❤️

The children shared five beautiful songs, all centered around the joy in their hearts and they most definitely brought that joy straight to Montgomery Place today.

Our residents were all smiles, tapping their toes and soaking in every note. There is something so special about seeing generations come together through music.

The Americare Montgomery Place team had a wonderful evening at the Cherryvale Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Night! It was inspiring to be surrounded by such a great group of people supporting the hardworking businesses and students in our community.

A huge thank you to BizPass Creations for creating our jerseys — they were definitely the talk of the night! The fast turnaround time and quality were top-notch.

And check out our new logo on these jerseys! It fit perfectly and looked amazing! We couldn’t be happier with how it all came together. 💙👏

Today we celebrated National Caregiver Day in the sweetest way! 🍪💙

Montgomery Place had the honor of delivering cookies to some of the incredible caregivers who serve our community every single day. From our area school nurses, local fire department, police station, emergency room staff, doctor offices, assisted living communities, nursing homes, and home health agencies — we just wanted to say THANK YOU!!

Your compassion, dedication, and tireless commitment do not go unnoticed. You show up in big ways and small ways, bringing comfort, care, and hope to so many.

We are proud to be part of a community filled with heroes who care from the heart. 💕

Valentine’s Day was in full force at Montgomery Place! ❤️

Sweet treats were lovingly provided by community members who supported one very special young lady, **Jozie Felt**. Residents enjoyed delicious chocolate-covered strawberries, chocolate-covered Oreos, and a heartfelt sweet card with each treat.

Students from **Independence High School** stopped by to hand out Valentine’s cards, spreading smiles and warm wishes throughout the building. We were also serenaded with beautiful songs by **David Coats**, filling our halls with music and joy.

To make the day even sweeter, the **Cherryvale Middle/High School Choir** came by during lunch and blessed us with a wonderful selection of songs.
