Hello Valued Patients!

As we slowly open and trying to figure out our new normal, we greatly appreciate your patience. We are closely following and taking into consideration the CDC & ADA recommendations as they change almost daily.
To help comply with these guidelines there are many things we have changed.

• Anyone over the age of 6 MUST wear a mask to enter the office.

• Patients will be asked to come to their appointments alone - only essential family members (i.e. parent/guardian for a minor or special-needs patient), translators, etc. will be permitted with a mask. All other guests will be asked to wait in their car.

• Every patient will have their temperature checked at the appointment.

• We are increasing frequencies of cleaning commonly touched surfaces, including door handles, countertops, pens, etc.

• We are making our way through the schedule (and backlog) to get everyone an appointment. If we leave you a message, please call us back as soon as possible.

We understand not everyone is ready to venture back out and come to our office. If you know that you have an upcoming appointment that you do not plan on keeping and would like to reschedule, please call our office as soon as possible.

**Update**
The office will be open Monday - Friday 8-12pm for emergency appointments only until further notice.
If you have an upcoming appointment within the days of the lockdown we are in process of contacting each of you to cancel. Please feel free to call with questions or concerns.

COVID-19 UPDATE
In keeping with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, we have closed our practice to all patients, except cases of dental emergencies.

We recommend calling the office (816-257-3720) and receiving confirmation of an appointment before arriving. Due to need based coverage, we may not be able to accommodate walk-in patients.

As per guidelines from the County Health Department and other authorities, we plan to return to regular hours on April 6.

Please check the website for any changes that may be made in the future, based on new guidelines to keep our children safe from COVID-19.
