This post is for those who wonder what an actual reading might look like. I pulled a card from the Wisdom of the Hidden Realms Oracle Card Deck, asking the Divine to speak to whoever needed to hear this message. The card i pulled is below, and this is how the reading looks like:
Card Pulled: The Ringmaster of Scrutiny
discernment, clear vision, details.
Card Meaning: Upright = Ally
The Ringmaster of Scrutiny is all about the details. Look closely and pay attention to the smallest elements of what's being presented to you on your path. It's in these details, not the broad strokes, that you'll find the breathtaking beauty and perfection in what you observe.
This Ally is on your side to point to the deeper meaning of what unfolds in your life, and he reminds you that every moment counts. Staying present in this perfect moment, observing the minute things, leads you to manifest your highest good and greatest desires. Grand gestures are for other times. It's the smallest acts that really count now."
Additional Information:
When i concentrate on the meaning of this card, I see dozens of acts of gratitude and small acts of kindness. It is brought to my mind the recent kindness of someone who paid for my coffee in line at Starbucks. Another is the gift of paying for the groceries of the person ahead or behind you. Paying for a tank of gas someone is putting in that's only $5 because that's all they can afford. How many of us have been there?
Simple small acts of kindness also include holding the door for another, helping with loading (or unloading) of groceries of another. During this season of multiple faiths holy days, it is easy to get bogged down in the rush, rush, rush, and the big shows of gifts to others, that we forget to be kind to ourselves, to others. and to remember that the act of kindness is the love and grace of the Divine.
Be kind to yourself, take a few minutes to relax and take care of you. Eat something, drink plenty of fluids, give yourself enough sleep during these holidays. And know that in doing this, you empower yourself to take more care of others, including having energy and desire to do your own acts of kindness.
