We are seeking a Physical Therapist Home Care to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
Record and document patient care services
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants
Documentation in accordance with Medicare, APTA and state regulations
Qualifications:

Current Ohio PT License
Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Home care experience

Home Care Physical Therapist Assistant.
Job Summary:
-Assist the Physical Therapist in administering Physical Therapy program to facilitate
rehabilitation of people with Physical and/or psychosocial disabilities in their own home.
-Implements treatment plan through direct treatment and collaboration with Physical Therapist,
education of treatment staff which includes fellow therapists and other members of team
involved in the treatment plan.
-Performs effective treatment techniques in a competent manner
-Receive necessary supervision from the Physical Therapist.
-Maintain professional growth and development, by participating in continuing education
programs, and other approved learning experiences
-Agree to abide by the APTA Practice Standards/Code of Conduct

In the case of Dr. Sola Oshunniyi, he says he and his wife left a poverty-stricken part of Nigeria and came to the United States to be on mission and help people here.....
