7:30am Core Balance
12:30pm Mobility Movements

Often times, I will get in my own way and think maybe “I should be doing something else.. a normal 9-5, punch in punch out.” But then.. always on time when I need it. A student gets me right in the feels & reminds me why I choose this path. Thank you to this community who “gets me” 💜💜💜💜

Madison Pike Yoga

I have been active in the yoga community for many years, specifically the Independence yoga community and I am extremely excited and humble to have the opportunity to achieve my dream of Madison Pike Yoga. As I teacher and practitioner I strongly believe that everyone's journey is unique so I pride myself in providing an environment that is comfortable, welcoming and open to individuals of all levels- novice to seasoned practitioner.

Madison Pike Yoga studio is a space that is rich with history and provides a truly refreshing space for the practice of yoga. You will have the opportunity to converse over a cup of coffee or tea with fellow community members in our "Zen Den" before and after your practice. The studio will also have reading material that will not only help deepen your yoga practice, but also rekindle your mind and spirit.
