What started as a place of support became a place of purpose.

After experiencing loss, Logan found comfort at Cornerstone of Hope during one of the hardest seasons of her life. Years later, she returned, this time as a camp volunteer, sitting beside a child and offering the same understanding and reassurance she once received. That’s the impact a camp volunteer can have.

If you’ve ever felt called to make a difference, this is your opportunity to show up for a child who needs someone to sit with them, listen, and remind them they’re not alone.

For more information on how to volunteer at this year's camp, click here: https://cornerstoneofhope.org/camp-volunteers

Watch Logan’s story and consider how you could make a difference in a child’s life.

Grief is not one size fits all.

It doesn’t follow a timeline, a checklist, or a set of expectations. It looks different in every person and can change from one moment to the next.

There is no “right” way to grieve. No perfect way to carry what you’ve lost. Your experience is your own, shaped by your relationship, your memories, and your heart.

Wherever you are in your grief today, whether you’re just beginning, or learning how to move forward while still holding on, know that it’s okay. You are allowed to grieve in the way that feels true to you.

Grief can show up in ways that are hard to put into words, and for many men, it’s something that’s often carried silently.

This group offers a space to step away from that silence and into a room where you don’t have to explain everything to be understood. It’s a place for honest conversation, quiet reflection, and meaningful connection with others who have experienced loss. Whether you feel ready to share or just need to listen, you’ll be met with respect, support, and a sense of community.

Join us every fourth Monday from 6:00–7:30 PM

Coping skills are the steady anchor we can rely on when life feels unpredictable.

These everyday tools, whether it’s taking a walk, setting boundaries, keeping a routine, talking with someone, or simply taking a pause, help us navigate big emotions and moments of overwhelm.

They may feel small in the moment, but over time, they strengthen us and bring a sense of calm. Give yourself permission to lean on the practices that help you breathe a little easier and find your balance.

As the weather warms up and the days begin to stretch a little longer, it’s hard not to start thinking about summer, and camp season is right around the corner!

At Cornerstone of Hope, our wilderness-themed grief camps, Charting New Territory Together, create a safe and supportive space for children and teens who are grieving. Each day combines outdoor adventure and creative expression with age-appropriate grief support, all guided by professional clinicians and trained volunteers.

Through art, games, and small-group conversations, campers are given the opportunity to share their stories, process their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and connect with others who truly understand their experience. For many, camp becomes more than just a place, it becomes a sense of belonging and a reminder that they are not alone.

Summer will be here soon, and now is the time to apply.
