There is no right way to grieve, and there is no single coping skill that works for everyone. Coping skills are about discovering what helps you feel even slightly more grounded, whether that’s connection, routine, creativity, or rest, and giving yourself permission to use those supports when you need them.

College is full of noise. Endless opinions, constant comparison, pressure to figure everything out, and more paths than you know what to do with. In the middle of it all, it’s easy to feel uncertain about where you’re going, what truly matters, or how to live out the faith you hold.

The Hope Missionary Program invites you to step away from autopilot and into something intentional. Something grounded. Something that stretches you beyond yourself.

This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about choosing growth, service, and community. It’s about allowing your faith to be lived, not just believed, and discovering how God can shape you through presence, purpose, and people.

If you’re longing for a summer that forms you, challenges you, and leaves a lasting mark, this is an invitation to say yes.

Charting New Territory together, our wilderness-themed grief camps offer a supportive and engaging experience for grieving children and teens. Campers enjoy a meaningful mix of outdoor activities and creative experiences, along with age-appropriate grief support led by professional clinicians and trained volunteers.

Through art, games, and small-group conversations, campers have space to share their stories, express emotions, build coping skills, and connect with peers who understand. For those who feel isolated or misunderstood, camp is a welcoming place to be themselves and discover they are not alone.

Grief can feel incredibly isolating, but something powerful happens when we gather with others who truly understand. At Cornerstone of Hope, we see the transformation that comes when people share their stories and realize they are not alone. Within our groups, a sense of community begins to grow, one built on empathy, shared experience, and hope. Together, we find comfort and strength in the understanding eyes and kind hearts of those walking a similar path.
