Peace Love Yoga Yoga Saturdays 9:00 am at 508 Index Ave, Index. Registration Required $15 drop in. $60 for 6 pk We feel like everyone should do Yoga so come and check us out!

We have completed a 200 hour teacher training program and are excited to bring Yoga to Index. We offer two, one hour, Saturday mornings classes. The 9:30 class is our Slow Flow class, an introduction to yoga coordinating breath and movement. This class is great for beginners and those wanting a relaxing yet well rounded practice. We incorporate fundamental yoga postures with modifications and props to help support and gradually build students practice. Yoga Fusion starts at 11am. This class is designed for students with a strong foundation in basic yoga asanas. It will be a blend of yoga styles in an energetically paced class providing cardiovascular benefits. Students will increase mental stamina, improve flexibility, balance, and strength. You will build upon what you know and deepen your practice. PLY Yogis!

We are heading back into the studio this Saturday at 9:00 am for our weekly all levels yoga class. Thank you so much to those of you who came out to the park to practice with us this summer.

Remember, bring your mat and we are meeting at 9:00 am instead of 9:30.

Dear PLY Yogis,

This is an update on yoga. Beginning this for summer (after 4th of July) we will be doing yoga in the park at 9:00 am on Saturdays. This will be a "donations accepted" class. We will be doing this through the summer until the weather changes in September. At that time, we will be moving back into the studio!!! Classes will stay at 9:00 am on Saturdays.

So....weather permitting, we'll see you in the park at 9:00 am on Saturday, July 5!
