One of our favorite Ocean View Fitness traditions is Workouts in the Park every July 4th.

Yes, it’s months away, but it’s something the OVF family looks forward to all year. It’s the kind of morning that reminds you what this place is really about. Community, energy, and showing up together to do something good for yourself.

It’s a workout, but it’s also a beachside tradition. New faces always show up, longtime members bring friends, and the whole morning feels like OVF outside the gym walls.
