✨A chakra sound bath is a meditative practice that uses sound waves to balance and align the body’s energy centers, known as chakras.

✨During the sound bath participants are invited to remain seated or lie down in a comfortable position, allowing the sound waves to wash over their bodies and minds. The sound waves, produced by various instruments such as quartz crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, bells and chimes are tuned to specific frequencies that correspond to each of the seven main chakras and invite healing and integration throughout the energy, emotional and subtle bodies.

✨The goal of a chakra sound bath is to clear blockages and restore the natural vibrational state of the chakras, promoting physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. ✨In the true spirit of cacao, this is an elaborate, beautiful and transformative shamanic ceremony held in Sacred Space facilitated by shamanic practioner Cindy Jo and shamanic apprentice Sun Zander (Light Weaver).
✨ Connecting with the spirit of cacao through a cacao ceremony allows you to heal body, mind and spirit. It opens the heart in a gentle, loving way that allows for greater compassion, love and acceptance of self and others. It helps you to visualize your goals and reveals your underlying passions and life purpose.
✨ The plant spirit of cacao is powerful, but gentle and nurturing. It invites you to work with forgiveness and acceptance, and opens your heart and spirit to greater connection and deeper creative insights. Cacao is the seed from the theobroma cacao tree and it’s also what chocolate is made from. It is considered to be a source of plant medicine and is known for its physical and energetic heart opening properties.
✨ We will open and create a sacred space for you to feel safe and loved. You will be led to open your heart and allow yourself to receive the powerful and healing plant medicine of cacao. You will have the opportunity to receive 2 cups of cacao and each cup will be followed by a soul guided meditation journey with surround sound Crystal and Tibetan sound bowl healing and meditative drumming, including 14 quartz crystal bowls place throughout the space. You will be invited to release with no longer serves you and create space for what does. This immersive journey provides you with the support and guidance to open your heart for receiving limitless possibilities in your life aligned with unconditional love.🤍
