HAPPY NEW YEAR my high vibe tribe

Please give yourself a few minutes to reflect on where you were at this time last year, and how far you have come! Birds Eye view- give yourself grace. Most of us were programmed not to receive and not to brag- perhaps we Control ALT DELETE those beliefs for 2026. ???
I have witnessed the transformation in you. Revel in it so it grows.

New Years exercise: Look in the mirror, smile and wink at yourself- you sassy amazing light being.

During 2025 I put blinders on and walked into the storm with full faith that I am building something profound. I created a strong foundation and Connected Spine grew.
We have a new groovy website, a new funky boutique and we joined forces with whole body healers that align with our vibe and our tribe.
