Fall Harvest soup building in our stories today 👆🏼 Go with what your body is craving! I shared my morning soup creation to inspire you to use whole real fresh and seasonal ingredients, for your best self!
My go to ingredients today were:
local Florida cranberry beans fresh from the pod
large carrots
local zucchini
heirloom tomatoes
maitake mushrooms (saute well seperate then add)
quinoa
wild sea salt
chicken thighs (baked 1/2 way first then added to soup) can omit if going all VEG 🍅
and I only used spring water for broth.. unless I make my own broth I skip using store bought broth. I want to avoid all preservatives, and "spices"... I simply seasoned with sea salt and pepper.
these placemats are from my Nana. She made them. Always bring out in the fall. 🐄♥️
Enjoy this absolutely gorgeous Fall weather we are experiencing here in Florida! Sunny, 60s, soft breeze. Off to water and check on the calendula seedlings...two weeks old today. 🌱🌼
