Newly implemented office protocols:

1) We will be screening all patients for risk of COVID-19 prior to scheduling an appointment and again upon arrival at office
2) We are asking all patients to wear a mask or face covering when entering the office
3) Each team member and patient will have temperatures taken upon arrival
4) Patients will be asked to wash their hands upon entering office

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. This may mean that you will offered fewer scheduling options for your appointment.

Please call 321-777-2166 with any questions.

As always, thank you for your continued confidence in our practice.

WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS

Thank you for all of the support throughout the last few months. We are excited to announce that we are reopened to serve you.

Infection control has always been our top priority. Over the upcoming weeks, we will be implementing many new infection control recommendations based upon the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. We are closely following the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings.

Our team will be contacting each patient to reschedule their appointments. Please be patient with us as this process will take time.

Please feel free to call with any questions 321-777-2166. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear patients:

In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID- 19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being as well as that of our team and our community:

• We are following directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a way to limit patient and team exposure to this virus.
• We are adhering to the directive from Florida Governor Ron DeSantis regarding elective procedures.
• Your health, and the health of our dedicated team, matters to us, so going forward we will suspend all non-emergency care until further notice.
• Patients will be seen only for urgent and emergency dental needs.

We will contact you soon to reschedule your appointment. If you are already scheduled for an urgent issue, we will contact you before your appointment to discuss your health status, health screening protocols and confirm whether the appointment should be kept. Of course, please call us right away if you have a dental emergency or need immediate care.

The safety and well-being of our patients and team continues to be our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and keep you up-to-date regarding our plans to reopen for business as usual.

I urge you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached by phone at 321-777-2166 and will respond as soon as we can.

Sincerely,

Timothy C. Lang, DDS, MD, PhD

We at Lang Oral Surgery understand the growing concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) across our nation. We want to reassure everyone that we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. We are following our normal protocols and using disinfectants formulated to kill the coronavirus among other germs, sterilizing our instruments, providing hand sanitizer throughout the office, as well as disinfecting our office regularly. We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone. Our patients health is our top priority and we will continue to provide the best care with proper sanitation, as always.
