Putting together a Thursday evening ladies group 🧘‍♀️💕. Send me a message if you’d like to join!

☀️Class will be weather permitting, around 6:30pm. This will be a slower flow style with repetitions, allowing the body to deepen into poses. Light Pilates and meditation throughout the session as well 🌱

Flow style will be slower with deepening repetitions and very light Pilates movement, but will still generate warmth making way for a relaxing savasana & meditation 🥰

🌱 repetitions help clear the mind
🌼 light Pilates enhances a better yoga flow
🪷 focused breathing with movement creates natural relaxation and ability to maintain calmness throughout the day

We’ve had beautiful weather for beach yoga sessions this past month!☀️

As we approach the last month of the school year I have weekend and some weekday evenings available for sessions 🧘‍♀️. Sessions available for individuals or small groups 😊.

Taking a moment to share a little bit of FYN Yoga history 🥰. About 8 years ago I decided to take a deeper dive into a holistic nutrition education, as a way to make better, healthier choices for my kids- that lead me to the Energetic Health Institute 🌱☺️. Here I learned a whole new way to think about health, food, meditation, cleansing, and yoga … which inadvertently guided me in the direction of becoming a yoga instructor 🧘‍♀️. I spent over 1000 hours learning from EHI, and eventually attended the NANP conference in Arizona. During a yoga and mindfulness session at that conference, we were guided to focus on one thing weighing on our minds… for me, it was Purpose. We had a very uplifting yoga session, followed by meditation and mindfulness- 2 things I never really connected with on my own. It was the day things connected for me with FYN.

Fitness, Yoga, Nutrition.

As time becomes more available with motherhood, to dedicate to FYN, I want to always remember the roots laid that lead me here. Finding a yoga guide that resonates with you is a true gift ☀️.

Hi all! I’m happy to announce I can now offer virtual sessions! 🧘‍♀️

Sessions can be 1 on 1, or you can schedule a group class to connect and flow with your friends & family all around the world. 🌎

Sessions can include:
A Hatha or Vinyasa yoga flow
Guided Meditation
Yoga history and philosophy
Breathwork/Pranayama

Private yoga sessions are great for children and adults looking for an introduction to a yoga practice, or ways to enhance a current practice. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs.

This is also a great option for homeschooling families looking to add movement to your child’s day- even while indoors ☀️.

If you’re looking for a last minute Christmas gift 🎁, or a way to relax into the holidays- I am available over winter break for private yoga/meditation sessions! 🧘‍♀️🥰

Benefits of private yoga:

✨ Sessions are tailored to your specific needs. If you struggle with knee issues, getting up/down on your mat, or any sort of bodily limitation that makes a “typical” yoga flow challenging, I can tailor your flow to work with/around these areas ✨

💫 Eliminates intimidation some experience in a group setting 💫

🌟 Allows you to choose your preferred location, whether in-home or outdoors; mats & props are supplied 🌟

✨ 10-15 minute meditation is included in your yoga flow, and can be tailored to work with what you’re feeling. Meditations can include visualizations to help the mind focus/relax, or can address a specific emotion/chakra (stress, anxiety, confidence, etc.) ✨

⭐️ Newbies: if you have never taken a yoga class and aren’t sure where to start, a private session can cover anything from what to expect in a class, to what the props are for, basic asana practice, styles of yoga, etc. ⭐️

Christmas Special:
1 hour private (1 person) $40
1 hour private (2 people) $50
1 hour private (3-4 people) $60
