Our space is a gift & we love to share it with you! During Toddler Open Gym, we set the space up just for toddlers to have time to explore & move their little bodies. 🐛🐞🐛 Play together, build motor skills, make new friends, and put all that energy to good use, so they will be ready for that nap!! 👶🏼👶🏿👶🏾👶🏽👶🏻

Our hearts are heavy as we grieve alongside Evergreen High and the community affected by yesterday’s tragic events.

We stand in solidarity with the students, families, educators, and all those impacted. In times of profound pain, it is more important than ever to lean on one another and to honor the dignity and worth of every person.

To support our community during this difficult time, we are opening our doors today (9/11) from 1–4 PM at Eudaimonia Human Flourishing Center at 4471 Parmalee Gulch Rd. in Indian Hills. This space is open to everyone who needs a place to come together, to move, to play, or simply to feel safe and connected.

At Eudaimonia, we remain committed to nurturing healing, resilience, and compassionate connection in our communities.

🏹 ARCHERY CAMP 🏹 We 🤎 , and we had even more fun this year with an epic medieval melee ⚔️ Youth ages 5-14 all trained in this ancient, meditative sport, and we love how it brings us together outside 🪻🌲😌🌲🪻 we WILL be continuing our ARCHERY PROGRAM year round 🎯🎯🎯This and more exciting news coming with our fall schedule very sooon……!!!

LIFEKOUR ACADEMY

What are you training for? Life! At the LIFEKour Academy, we encourage our members of all ages to have FUN while learning valuable physical and mental skills in LIFEKour & NinjaKour classes. Whether it’s hitting the ski slopes and hiking trails, playing together as a family, being the next American Ninja Warrior or simply walking to the mailbox without pain; our programs will help energize, strengthen, and prepare you with confidence to achieve your goals!

With a combination of parkour philosophy, movement neurology, strength and conditioning training, and overcoming obstacles; these mixed modality training sessions are personalized for each class and individual, available for all abilities and skill levels.

We offer daily open gym sessions that include experienced coaches to assist and advise our members on equipment and course use, as well as practicing skills from the LIFEKour & NinjaKour classes including Toddler, Youth, Teen and adult classes in parkour/ninja warrior training, aerial yoga, kettle bell athletic training, martial arts, gymnastics FUNdamentals and acroyoga.
