Yoga on the Beach Beach-loving group meets every Tue/Th at 5 PM & Sat 9 AM for a 75 min class on the sand. Summer hours are NOW!

Beach-loving group meets every Tues/Thur at 6 PM & Sat 9 AM for a 75 min class on the sand at 22nd Ave North on Indian Rocks Beach in the dunes. Please join us for our seaside practice! $10 class.

Looks can be deceiving my friends!
It’s pretty out there on the beach except for the wind - when the sun disappears it will be too chilly for this yogini!! 😩
I have to keep protect these hands so I’m cancelling tonight’s practice.
Please practice indoors and stay warm!

Our Story

About Tania...

Tania Reed is originally from the United Kingdom but describes herself as a British Floridian. She has always loved Florida and living on the beach but her passion is yoga- especially yoga on the beach.

As a weight-lifting "gym rat," Tania started to realize how tight her muscles were. A friend suggested yoga and she has never looked back.

Tania is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher in Vinyasa Yoga. She has practiced on Indian Rocks Beach since 2003 and feels so blessed to have met and befriended so many yogis along the way. She teaches Hatha yoga on Indian Rocks Beach and also at Indian Shores Town Hall where many Canadians come every year. Most of them have been attending classes for more than eight years and have made the yoga community quite a delight.
