I want to share something most people don’t talk about…

A year and a half into my weight loss journey, I took a trip to Disney with my family.

I stopped tracking. Ate whatever I wanted.

A few days later, I stepped on the scale…

Up 6 pounds.

And I remember just sitting there, feeling sick to my stomach.

Not because of the weight… but because I thought I lost control again.

That moment almost took me out.

But I made a decision:

I went right back to my plan.

And I ended up losing the rest of the weight.
