I want to share something most people donāt talk aboutā¦
A year and a half into my weight loss journey, I took a trip to Disney with my family.
I stopped tracking. Ate whatever I wanted.
A few days later, I stepped on the scaleā¦
Up 6 pounds.
And I remember just sitting there, feeling sick to my stomach.
Not because of the weight⦠but because I thought I lost control again.
That moment almost took me out.
But I made a decision:
I went right back to my plan.
No drama. No excuses. No āstarting over Monday.ā
And I ended up losing the rest of the weight.
That moment taught me more than anything else in my journey:
You donāt fail when you mess up.
You fail when you donāt come back.
